Last month the Wilsonart team were delighted to attend the Benchmarx Inspire exhibition at Stoneleigh Park in Kenilworth. The exhibition took place in the first week of May and it was a fantastic opportunity to meet other Benchmarx suppliers and of course the Benchmarx teams.
The event was a great chance to engage, inspire and educate the Benchmarx staff about our Zenith and premium laminate ranges.
Throughout the week the Wilsonart team held Zenith technical demonstrations and discussed key installation questions, walked through the design capabilities of Zenith worktops as well as the benefits of square edge laminate worksurfaces.
During the event, the Wilsonart team ran a daily darts competition which promoted the Benchmarx worktop range in three key areas:
The aim of the game was to get the highest number of points by targeting the better and best sections of the dart board and the lucky winners each received high street vouchers worth £100. Unsurprisingly, the competition was fierce, but the three lucky winners were: Rob Dicks (Norfolk store), Mike Faulkner (St Albans store) and Ryan Chard (Bognor Regis store, pictured below).
However, everyone went home happy as all Benchmarx staff received a Wilsonart-sponsored goody bag which contained some helpful information about the Wilsonart range in the form of an educational pocket guide, providing deep dive information on the Benchmarx worktop offer.
All in all, this was a great event and the Wilsonart team were delighted to play a part in the success of Benchmarx Inspire 2018. We believe there is nothing better than being face to face with our customers and having the opportunity to educate but also get first hand feedback from the staff – which is always invaluable.
